Define your Germany target
Divide your Germany search by role, working language and employer type. Compare the same functional role across several vacancies before deciding that a title is a good match. Build separate evidence lists for technical depth and people leadership if you are considering both paths.

- Evidence: can you demonstrate the recurring requirements?
- Application: are documents and responses specific and accurate?
- Feedback: what are recruiter conversations and interviews telling you?
Prepare for a strategy consultation
